Turn your flashcard count, exam date and daily study time into a review plan you can use today. See what fits, spot an overloaded schedule and take the dates to your calendar.
Estimate: 30 seconds per new card, 10 seconds per review. Fixed review gaps, not FSRS or a recall prediction.

Enter when you start studying, your exam date, how many cards you need to cover and the minutes you can study each day. The calculator reserves future reviews before it adds new cards. If your cards do not fit, it shows the shortfall instead of quietly packing more work into your day.
Reviews use fixed gaps of 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 120 and 240 days after first learning. These are transparent planning assumptions, not a scientifically optimal sequence. Every scheduled card gets at least one review before the exam; exam day is excluded. The greedy planner is a starting point, not proof of your maximum capacity or exam readiness.

It uses fixed gaps of 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 120 and 240 days after first learning each card, stopping before exam day. This is a planning heuristic, not FSRS, SM-2 or a claim that those gaps are best for everyone.
Each new card takes an estimated 30 seconds and each review 10 seconds. Before placing a new card, the planner reserves its later reviews within your daily budget. Difficult cards, missed answers and breaks can add time, so leave yourself a buffer.
The result shows how many cards are left out. Start studying earlier, increase your daily study time or reduce the card count. A card only fits if it can receive at least one spaced review before the exam. The planner does not promise a maximal schedule or exam success.
Download the .ics file and import it into a calendar app that accepts calendar files. Sessions are all-day events, so choose the time that works for you. Importing the same file twice can create duplicate events.
No. A static plan gives every card the same fixed gaps. Adaptive software changes future review dates based on your answers. Use this calculator to plan workload, then adjust it as you study.
