Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoodOff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use GoodOff for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on GoodOff
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly updating account information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions to GoodOff are subject to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days notice

Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content on GoodOff:

• You retain ownership of any content you create
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws
• AI-generated content is subject to our AI usage guidelines

Prohibited Uses

You may not use GoodOff:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To interfere with the security features of the service

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoodOff or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GoodOff, even if GoodOff or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
