How does the 7-day trial work?+
Choose Starter, Pro, or Max and add a payment card. If both the new account and selected offer are eligible, the account receives 15 one-time starter credits during the trial. The selected plan begins its recurring credits and renews after seven days unless canceled first. The app confirms availability before activation.
Do the 15 starter credits renew?+
No. They are a one-time grant for eligible new accounts and are separate from the 500, 900, or 3,000 recurring monthly credits included after a paid plan begins.
Is there a permanent Free plan?+
No. GoodOff offers Starter, Pro, and Max. The app confirms whether the new account and selected offer qualify for the card-required 7-day trial and 15 one-time starter credits described above.
What counts as an AI credit?+
Credits are used when GoodOff generates study materials or runs AI tools such as Sage, voice tutoring, or podcasts. Manual flashcards and reviews do not use AI credits.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first renewal. After a paid plan begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
